Krushya formed at 2000 in Patras, Greece, with a single purpose: to channel resistance, anger and social awareness through a relentless fusion of death metal, grindcore and thrash metal.
Emerging from the local underground scene, the band quickly forged a distinctive identity defined by high energy tempos, crust-infused riffs, groove-driven drumming and an unmistakable vocal approach aimed at clarity as much as brutality.
In 2002, Krushya released their first self-produced demo, marking the beginning of an independent, uncompromising path.
Their second and first official album, “Ashta”, was recorded between September 2004 and April 2005 at DB Studio (Patras), once again fully self-financed and true to their DIY ethos.
The band continued its momentum with a live recording captured at Parartima (2007), one of Patras’ most iconic underground venues.
In 2010, Krushya released “Collectivo,” a limited collector’s edition that documented their evolution and reinforced their reputation within the Greek extreme metal scene.
After a period of writing and recalibration, Krushya re-entered the studio and returned in March 2021 with the promo single “Curse of Death,” a precursor, a first glimpse of their next chapter. Later that year, the band released their full-length “.Dogma.” 09/21 independently, followed after by a physical CD edition through Narcoleptica Productions.
Featuring 5+2 tracks and several guest musicians, the record showcased the band’s matured songwriting and expanded sonic identity.
In 2023, Krushya returned to the studio to begin work on their next cycle.
The narrative sequel of .Dogma. though their next new album "DooMinion".
The first result was the single “Unholy Trinity”, released on September 2024, featuring a collaboration on drums with Krzysztof Klingbein, (Vader- Belphegor) serving as the first official precursor to the band’s next full-length album, “DooMinion”.
Continuing this momentum, on February 2026, Krushya released their second single “The Pack”, a 3-minute track with an Official videoclip that serves another preview of DooMinion .
Shortly after, on March 27, the band unveiled "Destructive Alien Tech" (Contact), the third single from the upcoming album, expanding its thematic scope and showcasing a different facet of the band’s aggressive Hybrid sound.
When all preparations were completed on May 15, Krushya released the highly anticipated album DooMinion, (The DooMinion regime) marking the band’s most focused and confrontational work to date, twelve tracks - 38 minutes, of raw truth delivered through brutal sound in twelve different chapters.
“DooMinion” marks the next major milestone in Krushya’s more than two and a half-decade journey through extreme music, resistance independence and uncompromising expression.
